Job description
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of hospital utilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, water supply, medical gas systems, DG sets, fire protection systems, and sewage treatment facilities.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, NABH/NQAS requirements, and hospital engineering protocols.
- Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and manage procurement of engineering materials and spare parts.
