- Role and Responsibility
- Perform daily rounds and assess admitted patients.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress of patients.
- Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants/specialists.
- Respond to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care.
- Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure timely medication administration and follow-up.
- Prepare discharge summaries and patient reports.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Take preaprations & assist in Procedures.
