Job description
- Comprehensive Diagnosis: Analyze complex, unclear, or co-occurring symptoms to diagnose multi-system diseases and adult-onset illnesses.
- Chronic Disease Management: Provide long-term, longitudinal care for ongoing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Diagnostic Coordination: Order, and interpret diagnostic tests including comprehensive blood panels, X-rays, ECGs, and other targeted imaging tests.
- Treatment Formulation: Prescribe medications, design therapeutic intervention strategies, and counsel patients on impactful lifestyle adjustments.
- Preventive Health Operations: Conduct routine physical examinations, execute age-appropriate health screenings (cancer, cholesterol), and administer adult vaccinations.
- Care Integration: Function as a central coordinator of care by managing medication reconciliations and referring patients to subspecialists when advanced organ-specific intervention is required.
- Clinical Records Management: Maintain precise and secure documentation.
