Luthra Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an accomplished Chartered Accountant and finance leader to take ownership of the organisation’s financial strategy, controls, performance and growth.

This is a key leadership role with direct interaction with Top Management and the Board, contributing to strategic decisions across profitability, expansion, CAPEX, working capital and business growth.

What you’ll lead

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation
• Profitability analysis, cash flow and working-capital management
• MIS, financial reporting and financial controls
• Statutory compliance, taxation and audits
• Revenue cycle, billing efficiency, collections and revenue leakage
• Financial evaluation of expansion, CAPEX, investments and pricing
• Finance & Accounts team leadership and development
• Finance systems, processes and SOPs
• Strategic financial insights for Top Management and the Board

Who we’re looking for

• ✔ Chartered Accountant (CA)
• ✔ 6+ years of Finance & Accounts experience
• ✔ 2–3+ years in a senior finance leadership role within the hospital/healthcare sector
• ✔ Strong expertise in budgeting, MIS, financial analysis, taxation and statutory compliance
• ✔ Strong understanding of healthcare finance and hospital revenue cycles
• ✔ Experience with HIS, ERP, accounting systems, HRMS and Advanced Excel
• ✔ Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• ✔ A strategic, commercially oriented approach to finance
