Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU and other critical care settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Manage patients requiring ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other life-support systems.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely critical care interventions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons and other specialists.
- Supervise and guide junior doctors, nursing staff, and ICU personnel.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient care.
